Shipping & Returns

1) How do I return my item?
If you would like to return an unused, un-damaged and unopened item for a refund, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Expedited or International Shipment costs will not be refunded. Please follow the return instructions below:

Your return cannot be processed without the following information.
Include a copy of your invoice.
Mark the package and invoice with RMA # (write your invoice# here) and send it to:

FOR INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: Please contact us before sending back a damaged or defective item otherwise we can't be held responsible for any return shipping costs incurred.

2) How long will it take for my return to be processed?
Please allow 7 days for your return to be processed. You will be notified by email once your refund has been issued.

3) I received a defective or damaged what should I do?
In the unlikely event that an item is received damaged or defective, contact our Customer Service Team within 7 days of receipt and we can instruct you on how to receive a replacement! For a faster resolution, please include a photo of the damaged or defective item with your email as this helps our customer service team figure out the best solution!
